1. How can I list a property?
From the member home ,sign up as a new user or sign in using your user name and pass word. Choose the type of listing you want to post. Fill all the required fields. Add images from your file. Write details on in the details box. Tel. number recommended to get a fast response from prospective customers. You can also choose to use our full service listings for a nominal fee.
2. What benefits do I get from a full service Listing?
For a nominal fee we will take digital pictures of your property. We will create the content of the advertisement with your input. We will monitor email or phone requests and respond on a timely manner or serve as a facilitator between you and your prospective customers. Renew your listings when due for renewal. For an additional fee you will get a listing on our home page under the featured listings or hot deals space. * Some restrictions apply ask for details.
3. How long will my listings stay active?
Your listings will stay active as long as you want them to be active. Normally a listing will be active for a period of six month from the date it is posted. On the fifth month you will receive an email notification to renew your listing for another six months. Simply click on the link and your listing will be renewed. You can cancel your listings at any time.
4. How do I cancel my listings?
Sign in using your user name and password. Click on my properties from the member home . Select your properties to delete or edit from the list.
5. How do I edit my listings?
Sign in using your user name and password. Click on my properties from the member home. Select your properties to edit from the list.
6. How do I add images?
After filling out the required fields next to the field image(s) click on the click here text. Click on the "Browse" tab to select from your file. Click add images and click on post your properties tab to upload your listing.
7. How do I check offers and enquiries?
From member home click on my inbox text to look up offers and messages.
8. How can I list more properties?
After signing in click on my properties. Your properties will be listed. Click on add new property on the mid right corner section of the page. Fill all mandatory fields and click the post your property tab at the end.
9. How do I get my properties featured on the home page?
Please contact our office a nominal fee may be charged for this service ask for more details.
10. How can I list my business in the business directory ?
Any legally registered company can list their business in the business directory. To be a verified company they have to send their company information on their company letter head to....
